Dr. Diane DeBerry is a 1st generation Doctorate prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of experience in various healthcare settings. Education includes two Masters, two Post-Masters, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Purdue University. She completed an internship at Harvard University Dana Farber Institute and served the Navajo Nation while fulfilling student loan obligations. There she put in countless hours and gained invaluable hands-on skills, critical thinking, and that gut instinct that only comes with life experiences. Current expertise includes Certification in BHRT (bio-identical hormone replacement therapy) in both men and women. Weight loss is a personal passion of hers as she often refers to herself as a" living walking testimony", having battled obesity her entire life. Finally, in 2019 she topped out at her heaviest during the pandemic at 335lbs. Through persistent hard work, lifestyle changes, and daily milestones, she now maintains a healthy 145lbs and has kept it off for 4 years.  Transformations and Wellness a holistic based health promotion model focused on anti-aging and longevity.
